Events at Whitton Hall
If you are looking for an authentic English experience in a natural setting, you will love Whitton Hall. It is one of the most beautiful Georgian houses set in striking gardens in Shropshire.
In addition to shooting parties, we host a very select number of weddings, birthdays, christenings, and parties for parties’ sake. As this is a family run business, we take a bespoke approach to events and gatherings, curated to suit your individual needs.
Weddings.
Are you looking for the perfect place to host your special day? Celebrate with us in the beautiful period house and private gardens of Whitton Hall.
Lunch and Dinner parties.
Whitton is a wonderful place to have a celebration. We can accommodate up to sixteen to sleep in the house with dinner in the dining room. We are able to host larger gatherings in the garden during the summer months - weather permitting, of course!
Shooting parties.
We have been hosting shooting parties at Whitton for more than forty years. Perfectly placed for many of the shoots on the Shropshire/Wales border, you can bring your team of guns to stay with drinks around the fire, a delicious dinner and a hearty breakfast before you set off on your favourite local shoot.
Film location.
The Georgian house and grounds surrounding Whitton Hall are picturesque settings to shoot photography, films and television series productions.
The house has been used in various costume dramas - the most recent was the BBC adaptation of Martin Chuzzlewit.
